What are my repayment plan options?
There are several student loan repayment plans that are designed to meet the different needs of individual borrowers. You will receive more detailed information on your repayment options from your loan servicer when you consolidate your loan. Can you make my student loan payments on my behalf?
We do not make loan payments on your behalf and loans remain under your name and is your responsibility for repayment.
Do you offer payment plans or financing for your fees?
Based upon your unique circumstances we will determine our fee to prepare all the necessary student loan documentation. Clients are given an option for full payment of fees before work commences or financing the fee in part or in full.
As an example, if the amount financed for our professional document preparation fee is $1,371.00, and this amount is financed for a term of 20 months, the payment will be only $79.00 per month (18% APR). We do not make your student loan payments on your behalf, this is solely your responsibility. The professional document preparation fee illustrated in the above example, either paid in full or financed, is applied towards the preparation of documents exclusively.

Who will I be directly working with at Federal Student Loans Council & True Solution?
When you first contact us, you will work with one of our Loan Consultants who will walk you through government repayment programs for which you qualify. If you choose to use our services, you will then work with the processing team to prepare and submit your initial paperwork and recertifications to the Department of Education.
How soon do I begin repayment?
Repayment of a Direct Consolidation Loan can begin 60 days after the loan is disbursed, or sooner. We will let you know when the first payment is due. The repayment term ranges from 10 to 30 years, depending on the amount of your consolidation loan, your other education loan debt, and the repayment plan you select.
Do I have options when it comes to deferment?
Borrowers with consolidation loans may qualify for renewed deferment benefits. If borrowers have exhausted the deferment options on their current Federal education loans, a consolidation loan may renew those deferment options. In addition, borrowers may be eligible for additional deferment options if they have an outstanding balance on a FFEL Program loan made before July 1, 1993, when they obtain their first Direct Loan.

Client has the RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT at any time. Client understands it must notify Federal Student Loans Council and True Solution True Solution of its intent to cancel by contacting the Company Customer Care Center at (844) 221-4027, or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Client agrees if it cancels this Contract after services have been rendered, Client is still obligated to pay for those services that have been rendered.
What does performance-based mean?
We work strictly on behalf of the borrower, for the borrower, with only the borrower’s best interest in mind. As a Client of Federal Student Loans Council and True Solution True Solution, you will always know that you have the finest team of advocates working hard for you every step of the way.
What “Performance Based” means is that after the completed application has been received by the Department of Education, we get compensated. Therefore, if it can’t be done, we will never collect any fees for our services. It may be 24-48 hours or more, before receiving a confirmation, and only if the reply is a net benefit to you, we then charge the fee.

Will consolidating reduce my monthly payments?
A consolidation loan may ease the strain on a borrower’s budget by lowering the borrower’s overall monthly payment. The minimum monthly payment on a consolidation loan may be lower than the combined payments charged on a borrower’s Federal education loans.
When can I consolidate my loans?
Generally, you are eligible to consolidate after you graduate, leave school, or drop below half-time enrollment.
